HomeSuite is unable to change any of the wording in our lease agreement. However, if you feel that there is an error in regards to the price, move-in date, move-out date, number of tenants, or the utilities listed on your lease agreement, please contact the HomeSuite Customer Care Team for assistance.
What if I need to add or change a tenant on the lease?
If you would like to add, remove, or change a tenant or tenants before the lease has been signed, please submit a request below. Please keep in mind, all additional tenants will need to be approved by the landlord before they can be added to the lease. Furthermore, all tenants over the age of 18 will have to pass our background check in order to be added to the lease. When you submit a request to add or change tenants, please be ready to provide the new tenant's name, date of birth, email address, phone number, Social Security Number, and a copy of a government issued ID.
Adding or changing tenants after the lease has been signed will need to be approved by your landlord as well. If your landlord approves to add or change tenants, the new tenants will still be subject to a background check and the information mentioned above will still be required.
