How HomeSuite Screens Tenants

Tyler Malvase -

For U.S. citizen applicants who have social security numbers, HomeSuite performs a background and credit score check.  For those who do not have a credit score of 620 or better, HomeSuite recommends submitting evidence of income such as a job offer letter or bank account statements.  In addition, a guarantor can apply on your behalf.

For non-U.S. citizen applicants, HomeSuite reviews either evidence of income such as job offer letter or bank account statements.  In the case of bank account statements, HomeSuite requires the account to hold 2.5 times the amount of the desired listing’s monthly rent.
