Your Landlord shall make repairs for any reasonable necessary maintenance issues. As a tenants, you should deliver written notice of any such maintenance issue to your landlord (via email or written letter).
In most cases, your Landlord has 48 hours to provide a proposed resolution, in writing, for maintenance issues and 5 days to complete the repairs. Depending on the severity of your request, we may require that the Landlord resolve the issue sooner.
The quickest way to resolve a maintenance issue is to contact your landlord directly, especially if it is an urgent issue. HomeSuite does not employ any maintenance personnel as we are a third-party marketplace.
If you need any furnishings or amenities in your unit repaired, replaced, added or changed during your stay, please reach out to your landlord directly as they are responsible for providing and maintaining the furnishings and amenities in your unit.
