Do I Need to Update My Availability Everyday?

While you do not need to update your availability everyday, we do encourage you to update your listing(s) at least every 2 weeks, or better yet, every week. Keeping your listing(s) up-to-date, makes it quicker and easier for Homesuite to successfully lease your property.

If you prefer, we can sync our calendar with another platform's calendar. All you need to do is email landlords@yourhomesuite.com the url to that property listing. We’ll make sure that your listing’s availability syncs with the calendar from your external link. Your Homesuite listing will update within 24 hours of the external calendar's update.
