Why does my property only show a 14-day availability window?

The 14-Day availability window, or gap booking, refers to the amount of time you allow between bookings. For example - if your property is available starting July 3rd you might not want someone to be able to move in on September 1st because then you have an empty unit between July 3rd and September 1st that may not be able to be rented. 

Homesuite's default gap booking timeframe is 14 days.

If you do not wish to have a maximum number of days between bookings let us know by emailing landlords@yourhomesuite.com and we can set this the gap booking window '365 days'. This way a tenant can book your property for a move in date any day of the year after your first available move in.
