How Should I Respond If A Tenant Requests A Viewing Of My Property?

Clement Chou -

If a tenant requests a viewing of your property, you should let them know that for both the protection and privacy of the prospective tenant, current tenant, and yourself, you are unable to accommodate the request. We let our tenants know that in most instances, our landlords have tenants residing in their units at the time inquiries are made, and for that reason, showings are not possible. If the tenant chooses to lease your property using Homesuite, we expect that the tenant is shown the same courtesy and privacy is not bothered by a showing while residing in the unit.
