After you've sent an inquiry to a landlord regarding a specific property, you will receive a copy of your inquiry via email. The email notifications in Homesuite Messaging have the following features:
Sender: Homesuite <email@example.com>
Subject line: Your inquiry for [cross-street and city of the property] ([Property ID#], Message ID#)
- Your custom message
- Customer First Name
- Manager’s First Name
- Property ID (hyperlinked to your listing)
- Property Cross-street
- Requested Move-In Date
- Requested Move-Out Date
- Number of Occupants
- Pets (if applicable)
- Contact [landlord’s first name]
- Apply Now
To send a follow up message to the landlord, click the orange "Contact" button within that email. See a screenshot of the email below.
After clicking the orange "Contact" button, you will be taken to the messaging platform where you will be able to enter and send your follow-up message.
