How Do I Send A Follow Up Inquiry To A Landlord?

After you've sent an inquiry to a landlord regarding a specific property, you will receive a copy of your inquiry via email.  The email notifications in Homesuite Messaging have the following features:

 

Sender:  Homesuite <noreply@yourhomesuite.com>

Subject line: Your inquiry for [cross-street and city of the property] ([Property ID#], Message ID#)

Contents:

  • Your custom message
  • Customer First Name
  • Manager’s First Name
  • Property ID (hyperlinked to your listing)
  • Property Cross-street
  • Requested Move-In Date
  • Requested Move-Out Date
  • Number of Occupants
  • Pets (if applicable)

Buttons:

  • Contact [landlord’s first name]
  • Apply Now

 

To send a follow up message to the landlord, click the orange "Contact" button within that email.  See a screenshot of the email below.

After clicking the orange "Contact" button, you will be taken to the messaging platform where you will be able to enter and send your follow-up message.
