We've Got You Covered

Katie Rich -

Our mission is to deliver an unparalleled property leasing experience. To make sure the entire process is as seamless as possible, we’ve added a few extra layers of care, including a comprehensive landlord Rent Guarantee for all HomeSuite partners on all eligible furnished properties.

Our platform is 100% risk free for our partners, and to ensure piece of mind, we first screen all prospective tenants with our in-depth tenant verification process, with criminal history checks and credit reports, we stand behind our tenants. In addition, we will also find a qualified tenant as quickly as possible to reduce vacancy.

We want you as a landlord to sleep easy when a Homesuite tenant stays in one of your properties, and not only will we cover damages with our Property Guarantee, but we will also cover all rents on the remaining lease if a tenant decides to skip town with our Rent Guarantee.

$50,000 Homesuite Rent Guarantee

We want you to trust our tenants as much as we do, so we are willing to put our money where our mouth is and offer up to $50,000 in rent payments for any tenant that does break a lease. The Rent Guarantee is in place to protect rental home owners (referred to in this document as “Landlord”). You can rest easy when you have a HomeSuite tenant.

For all cases of property damage, the Landlord should first attempt to resolve the complaint with the tenant. In case of an emergency, police should be called first, then contact your HomeSuite representative.
