How Do I Submit My Tenant Application?

  • Once you are at the property listing’s page, enter your move-in and move-out dates on the right side and click “Reserve Now”. Doing so will take you to through to the application process.
  • In the first screen, enter your contact information as it is requested. If you are a corporation, and booking someone for business travel, you will be requested to enter your “Corporation’s Legal Name”.
  • If you are NOT booking someone for business travel, and are a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident:
      • Enter ALL tenant details requested making sure to list ALL tenants who will be staying at the property.
        • Add a tenant by clicking “Add tenant”.
        • Each tenant’s social security number is required so that we can run a background check.
      • Enter your credit card information.
        • A $500 hold will be placed on your credit card and will only be charged in the event of a cancellation. This hold is necessary for the Landlord to reserve the property for your desired dates.
      • Send a copy of each tenant’s photo ID by emailing it to missinginfo@yourhomesuite.com or texting it to (415) 578-0437.
      • Once we have received all the above information, we will be able to process your application.
  • If you are NOT booking someone for business travel, and are NOT a US Citizen nor US Permanent Resident:
      • Enter ALL tenant details requested making sure to list ALL tenants who will be staying at the property.
        • Add a tenant by clicking “Add tenant”.
      • Upload each tenant’s photo ID and proof of income and employment.
      • Enter your credit card information.
        • A $500 hold will be placed on your credit card and will only be charged in the event of a cancellation. This hold is necessary for the Landlord to reserve the property for your desired dates.
      • Send a copy of each tenant’s photo ID by emailing it to missinginfo@yourhomesuite.com or texting it to (415) 578-0437.
      • Once we have received all the above information, we will be able to process your application.
  • If you are booking someone for business travel:
      • Enter the requested details for the authorized lease signer for the company.
      • List all occupant names and email addresses.
      • Enter the payer’s email address that invoices should be directed to.
      • Enter your credit card information.
        • A $500 hold will be placed on your credit card and will only be charged in the event of a cancellation. This hold is necessary for the Landlord to reserve the property for your desired dates.
      • Send a copy of each occupant’s photo ID by emailing it to missinginfo@yourhomesuite.com or texting it to (415) 578-0437.
      • Once we have received all the above information, we will be able to process your application.

 

Once you have submitted your online application with all the requested information mentioned above, a lease will be sent to each tenant by email via DocuSign, requesting signatures from all tenants, along with an invoice for security deposit payment (if applicable). Please note that we are unable to split invoices between multiple parties at this time.
